Croatia–USA Business Forum
Virgin Hotels New York

Croatian Chamber of Economy & the Government of the Republic of Croatia
Head-of-state conference · Sept 2026

16′ × 10′ LED wall on a 16′ × 8′ stage · full conference audio · playback · pipe & drape

A keynote and fireside chat by Prime Minister Andrej Plenković for more than 100 Croatian and American companies, staged inside Virgin Hotels New York's newly renovated 7,000 sq ft event space. We delivered the LED wall, the stage it stood on, the complete conference microphone and audio system, video playback, and the pipe and drape that framed the press position — one scope, one producer, on a protocol clock.

Sherry & Jake
Lyndhurst Mansion

Private client · Tarrytown, NY
Intimate wedding · 75 guests

Facade uplighting · ceremony & reception sound · lighting design · a magic-show grand entrance

Seventy-five guests on the south lawn at Lyndhurst — an 1838 Gothic Revival landmark above the Hudson. We washed the mansion's facade from the ground without touching 1838 stone, carried the vows and the toasts on sound nobody had to think about, and produced the couple's grand entrance: a full magic performance, run off a cue sheet rather than a playlist.

A Benefit Gala
Cipriani Wall Street

Korean American Family Service Center
Nonprofit gala · 750 guests

Vendor coordination · photobooth · DJ entertainment · a room built for 750

A fundraising gala for 750 under the Cipriani ceiling, where the job was to make a dozen moving parts land as one evening. We coordinated the AV vendors, ran photobooth and DJ entertainment, and kept the room on time from cocktails through the last dance — one point of contact for a night with a lot of them.

A Family-Estate Wedding
East Hampton

Private client
Tented ceremony & reception

Tented ceremony & reception on a private family estate · music, DJ & photobooth · full coordination through a day of rain

A tented ceremony and reception on the lawn of a family's historical estate in East Hampton — held together through a full day of rain, start to finish. We coordinated the vendors and kept the timeline, and ran the music, DJ, and photobooth experience, so a soaked forecast never reached the guests. The day simply ran.

Cultural festival · outdoor

Outdoor LED wall production support · daylight-legible screens

We supported the LED wall production for the Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival in Flushing Meadows Corona Park — a public, outdoor stage where the screen has to read in full daylight and survive a day in a city park. Big-format video, built for the weather and the crowd rather than a dark ballroom.

Live DJ program · full audio production for the room

We produced the audio and ran the DJ program for MuleSoft and Salesforce at Spring Studios in Tribeca — sound tuned to fill the room without fighting it, and music direction that carried the night from arrivals through the last set.

Exclusive DJ · sound, stage & lighting · photobooth · The Yale Club Halloween

We're the proud AV vendor for The Yale Club and their exclusive DJ for the club's iconic Halloween party and activations through the year. Sound, stage, lighting, and a photobooth for their engagements — a landmark room turned into a dance floor, then handed back the way we found it.

Minimalist AV & uplighting

Minimalist AV & warm uplight, designed around 150-year-old stone — nothing touched the walls

Some rooms you design around, not into. Inside the Harvard Art Museums we kept the production deliberately minimal — clean AV and warm uplight that let the 150-year-old stone walls, columns, and arches stay the star. Every fixture was placed to protect the historic venue: nothing drilled, nothing leaned on the stone, nothing left a mark.
