one standard.

A fundraising gala for 750 under the Cipriani ceiling, where the job was to make a dozen moving parts land as one evening. We coordinated the AV vendors, ran photobooth and DJ entertainment, and kept the room on time from cocktails through the last dance — one point of contact for a night with a lot of them.

A tented ceremony and reception on the lawn of a family's historical estate in East Hampton — held together through a full day of rain, start to finish. We coordinated the vendors and kept the timeline, and ran the music, DJ, and photobooth experience, so a soaked forecast never reached the guests. The day simply ran.

We supported the LED wall production for the Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival in Flushing Meadows Corona Park — a public, outdoor stage where the screen has to read in full daylight and survive a day in a city park. Big-format video, built for the weather and the crowd rather than a dark ballroom.

We produced the audio and ran the DJ program for MuleSoft and Salesforce at Spring Studios in Tribeca — sound tuned to fill the room without fighting it, and music direction that carried the night from arrivals through the last set.

We're the proud AV vendor for The Yale Club and their exclusive DJ for the club's iconic Halloween party and activations through the year. Sound, stage, lighting, and a photobooth for their engagements — a landmark room turned into a dance floor, then handed back the way we found it.

Some rooms you design around, not into. Inside the Harvard Art Museums we kept the production deliberately minimal — clean AV and warm uplight that let the 150-year-old stone walls, columns, and arches stay the star. Every fixture was placed to protect the historic venue: nothing drilled, nothing leaned on the stone, nothing left a mark.
