We produced a fundraising gala for 750 at Cipriani Wall Street — the benefit for the Korean American Family Service Center. Our role was to coordinate the AV vendors, run the photobooth and DJ entertainment, and hold the timeline from cocktails through the last dance.
A room that size only feels effortless when someone owns the seams between vendors. One producer kept caterer, rentals, AV, and entertainment moving as one — so the evening simply ran.
