The studio

Two disciplines, one company.

Corporate-grade engineering, run with the manners of a hotel and the instincts of a performer.

Cue 02 — Founder

Samu · Founder & Executive Producer

Twenty years
reading rooms.

Samu started behind the decks. Resident nights in Shanghai and Hong Kong, tours through Taiwan, Vietnam, and Phuket, and a New York calendar that never really stopped. It's an education you can't get from a manual: how a room turns, how long you have before it does, and what happens to a crowd when the timing is a beat off.

Luxury hospitality taught him the second half. Working inside five-star venues means learning discretion around principals, service standards that don't bend at 1am, and the fact that the crew is part of the guest experience whether or not anyone is looking at them.

The corporate discipline came third, and it came from six years inside Fox Corporation — supporting AV at the highest levels of a broadcast enterprise, building out conference rooms, and running white-glove support for executives who don't get a second take. General session doesn't forgive improvisation, and neither did that room. It's where the paperwork discipline the rest of the company now runs on was set: signal flow documented before load-in, redundancy on anything catastrophic to lose, and a run of show anyone on crew can pick up and follow.

Eleven AV exists to hold all three in the same building. Two decades in, Samu still takes the producer's chair on flagship shows — not as a gesture, but because the person who sold the job should be the person standing behind it.

Cue 03 — The standard

White glove is
a set of habits.

It isn't a phrase in a proposal. It's what the crew does at 6am when nobody senior is watching, and it's the reason venues let us back in.

Precision

Documented before it's built. Paper, plot, and cue stack exist before a case leaves the shop.

Hospitality

Kind to your guests, your caterer, your venue, and every other vendor in the building.

Creativity

Design in service of the story. Scale, light, and sound shaped around what the night means.

Execution

Rehearsed transitions, redundant paths, and a producer whose only job is the next cue.

The practical
answers.

Where are you based?
New York, NY. We work the five boroughs, the Hudson Valley, Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey as standard, and travel for destination work.

Do you own your equipment?
Our core inventory, yes — which is why it arrives calibrated and known. Specialty items are sub-rented from partners we've used for years.

Are you insured?
Fully licensed and insured. Certificates of insurance are issued to your venue within 24 hours of booking, in whatever format they require.

How far out should we book?
Peak-season Saturdays go 9–14 months ahead. Corporate work is usually 6–12 weeks. If your date is closer than that, call anyway — sometimes we can still make it work.
