A rig is an argument
about the room.
Most bad live sound isn't bad equipment — it's the wrong box in the wrong place. We design coverage for the actual geometry: where the low end builds up, where the balcony shadows, where the bar sits, and how far the front fill needs to reach before the room turns against you.
Lighting follows the same logic. Key positions are set for the artist and the camera, not for symmetry. Colour is chosen for skin tone first and mood second. Haze is a decision made with the venue's fire marshal, in advance, in writing.
Then it gets programmed, busked, or timecoded depending on what the show needs — and rehearsed either way.
Sound
Line array and point-source PA, monitor world or IEMs, FOH engineering, and system tuning done in the empty room before doors.
Light
Lighting design, plot and paperwork, moving light and conventional rigs, atmospheric effects, and an operator who has heard the set.
Video
LED walls and IMAG, content playback, camera packages, live switching, and a recorded program master delivered the same night.

We built a permanent broadcast layer inside a working supper club in the cellar of the Hilton Fashion District: PTZ cameras carried over NDI, switched live in vMix, with a program master in the artist's hands before load-out.
Nothing blocks a sightline. Nothing needs an operator on the floor. The room still runs dinner service while the show is being cut.
When a full house outgrew what the building's internet could carry, we mounted a Starlink panel on the roof of the Hilton and ran the uplink all the way down to the venue in its cellar — enough guest WiFi to cover a packed room, and a clean, independent path for the broadcast to leave the building.
