Precision
Paper first. Signal flow, power plan, and run of show are documented before a case leaves the shop.
Live from New York · Est. 2014
Every division runs the same discipline: a named producer, a documented run of show, redundant signal paths, and a crew that has worked together long enough to stop talking during load-in. What changes is the register — a wedding is not a keynote, and neither is a headline set.
Discreet crews, hidden cable, warm dimmable design, and a sound system that reads as atmosphere until the moment it needs to be a nightclub.

Planning a corporate event?
Line-item and in plain language, COI to your venue within 24 hours of booking, and one producer from scope to load-out.
Nobody applauds a clean patch or a gain structure that never clips. The measure of our work is that no one in the room ever thinks about it. Four commitments make that possible, and we hold every job to all four.
Paper first. Signal flow, power plan, and run of show are documented before a case leaves the shop.
Crew in blacks, off the floor, and unfailingly kind to your guests, your caterer, and your venue.
Design serves the story. We shape light, scale, and sound around what the night is trying to say.
Redundant paths, rehearsed transitions, and a producer whose only job is the next cue.
Korean American Family Service Center
Nonprofit gala · 750 guests
Vendor coordination · photobooth · DJ entertainment · a room built for 750
A fundraising gala for 750 under the Cipriani ceiling. We coordinated the AV vendors, ran photobooth and DJ entertainment, and kept the night on time — one point of contact for an evening with a lot of moving parts.
Private client
Tented ceremony & reception
Tented ceremony & reception on a private family estate · music, DJ & photobooth · full coordination through a day of rain
A tented ceremony and reception on the lawn of a family's historical estate in East Hampton — through a full day of rain, start to finish. We coordinated the vendors and held the timeline, and ran the music, DJ, and photobooth experience, so the weather stayed outside the tent and the day simply ran.
Venue partnership
Recurring · hybrid
PTZ over NDI · vMix switching · Starlink uplink for guest WiFi & broadcast
A hybrid broadcast layer inside a working supper club in the cellar of the Hilton Fashion District: cameras that disappear into the room, a switched program feed, and — when a full house outgrew the building's internet — a Starlink panel on the roof above, run down to the cellar to carry both guest WiFi and the show.
Venue partnership · exclusive DJ
Halloween & activations
Exclusive DJ · sound, stage & lighting · photobooth · The Yale Club Halloween
We're the proud AV vendor for The Yale Club and their exclusive DJ for the club's iconic Halloween party and activations through the year. We bring the sound, stage, lighting, and photobooth for their engagements — turning a landmark room into a dance floor, then handing it back the way we found it.
Landmark venue
Minimalist AV & uplighting
Minimalist AV & warm uplight, designed around 150-year-old stone — nothing touched the walls
Some rooms you design around, not into. Inside the Harvard Art Museums we kept the production deliberately minimal — clean AV and warm uplight that let the 150-year-old stone walls, columns, and arches stay the star. Every fixture was placed to protect the historic venue: nothing drilled, nothing leaned on the stone, nothing left a mark.
In their words
“Eleven AV was a great partner for our one-day user conference. Their team handled everything AV related — main-stage backdrop, monitors throughout the venue, lighting, audio, DJ, running mics through the crowd for questions, keeping the agenda on pace. Our event ran smoothly from start to finish.”
“Sam, Eric, and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with … I'd recommend them to any team looking for dependable AV support for live events.”

The sequence matters. Skipping discovery is how a room ends up with the wrong sound system, and skipping design is how a budget disappears into rentals nobody needed.
A working session and a site visit. We learn the room, the run of the night, the guest list, the sightlines, the loading dock, and the number that actually matters to you.
Renders, plots, and a line-item budget in plain language. You see the room before you approve it, and you see exactly what each decision costs.
Prep, pre-build, and rehearsal. Gear is tested in our shop, labelled, and staged. Speakers and content are rehearsed against the real cue stack, not a summary of it.
Show day. A named producer at the desk, a quiet crew, redundant paths on every critical signal, and a clean load-out that leaves the venue better than we found it.
We own and maintain our core inventory so it arrives calibrated and known. Everything below is equipment we run every week — and can support at 2am without a phone call to a rental house.
Samu · Founder & Executive Producer
Samu spent two decades behind the decks — resident nights in Shanghai and Hong Kong, tours through Taiwan, Vietnam, and Phuket, and a New York calendar that never really stopped. A DJ learns something an engineer can't be taught: how a room turns, and how long you have before it does.
Luxury hospitality taught him the rest. Five-star service standards, discretion around principals, and the understanding that the crew is part of the guest experience whether or not anyone is looking at them.
Eleven AV was built to put those two disciplines in the same company: corporate-grade engineering and staging, run with the manners of a hotel and the instincts of a performer. Eighteen years on, Samu still takes the producer's chair on flagship shows.
