Eleven AV has produced luxury wedding AV, lighting design, sound, and DJ services across New York since 2014 — from Manhattan lofts and Brooklyn waterfront venues to Hudson Valley estates and the Hamptons — rated 5.0 across 100+ reviews.
Your photographer has one shot at the first dance. Our job is to make sure the only things in that frame are the two people in it — which means concealed cable, fixtures chosen for how they disappear, and truss positions worked out with the photo team weeks in advance.
Colour temperature is the quiet decision most rooms get wrong. We light dinner at candle temperature so skin reads warm and food reads real, then shift the room deliberately when the night turns. Nobody notices the change. Everyone feels it.
And the sound: distributed, level-matched, and gentle enough that a table of eight can still talk through dinner — until the moment it isn't.
Ceremony
Invisible audio reinforcement, officiant and lavalier mics, string or ensemble reinforcement, and a rehearsed processional cue stack.
Dinner
Table pin-spots, warm-dim washes, architectural uplight tuned to the venue's stone or plaster, and distributed background sound.
Dance floor
A room that becomes a club on cue — dance-floor rig, subs placed for the floor and not the tables, haze where the venue permits it, and a DJ booth that looks designed.

What does an Eleven AV wedding package include?
A full package covers lighting design and installation, uplighting and dance-floor lighting, distributed live sound, and a professional DJ or MC — plus concealed cabling and a crew in blacks. We scope each wedding to the venue, so you only pay for what the room actually needs.
Do you provide both wedding lighting and DJ services?
Yes. Eleven AV runs lighting design, sound, and DJ or MC as one integrated team, so the music, the room, and the lighting cues move together. One producer owns the night from consultation through load-out — there is no coordinating between separate vendors.
What areas do you serve for weddings?
New York City and all five boroughs, plus Long Island, the Hudson Valley, and the Hamptons — Manhattan lofts and ballrooms, Brooklyn waterfront venues, and estate weddings. We also travel for destination weddings across the tri-state area and worldwide.
How far in advance should we book wedding AV and lighting?
Most couples book six to twelve months out, especially for peak-season Saturdays. We can often accommodate shorter timelines — send us your venue and date and we will confirm availability and what the room needs before you sign anything.
Are you licensed and insured, and can you provide a COI?
Yes. Eleven AV is licensed and insured, and we issue a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue — typically within 24 hours of booking — which most New York wedding venues require before load-in.
How much does luxury wedding AV and lighting cost in NYC?
It depends on the venue, guest count, and scope — a loft ceremony and a 250-guest ballroom need very different rigs. We send a scoped, line-item proposal so the budget is clear, with no padding for equipment your room does not need.
