Your photographer has one shot at the first dance. Our job is to make sure the only things in that frame are the two people in it — which means concealed cable, fixtures chosen for how they disappear, and truss positions worked out with the photo team weeks in advance.
Colour temperature is the quiet decision most rooms get wrong. We light dinner at candle temperature so skin reads warm and food reads real, then shift the room deliberately when the night turns. Nobody notices the change. Everyone feels it.
And the sound: distributed, level-matched, and gentle enough that a table of eight can still talk through dinner — until the moment it isn't.
Ceremony
Invisible audio reinforcement, officiant and lavalier mics, string or ensemble reinforcement, and a rehearsed processional cue stack.
Dinner
Table pin-spots, warm-dim washes, architectural uplight tuned to the venue's stone or plaster, and distributed background sound.
Dance floor
A room that becomes a club on cue — dance-floor rig, subs placed for the floor and not the tables, haze where the venue permits it, and a DJ booth that looks designed.
