General session, without a held breath.

Keynotes, all-hands, launches, and investor days — staged, captured, and delivered to the room and the remote audience by a producer whose only job is the next cue. Two decades at the desk, and a clean track record on our flagship shows.

Trusted by brand & comms teams

Corporate clients come back because the second event is easier than the first — the run of show, the venue relationships, and the redundancy plan are already documented.

Cue 02 — Capabilities

Everything on stage,
and everything behind it.

One vendor for staging, capture, and hybrid delivery — so there is no finger-pointing between sub-contractors the moment a feed drops.

Staging & screens

LED walls, blended projection, set carpentry, scenic lighting, and speaker-support graphics built to your brand deck.

Capture & broadcast

Multi-camera cut over NDI, PTZ and manned positions, live switching in vMix, ISO records, and same-week edited deliverables.

Hybrid delivery

Clean program feed to Zoom, Teams, YouTube, or a private CDN — with a rehearsed remote presenter workflow and a moderated Q&A path.

Cue 03 — How we protect the show

We build for the
failure, not the demo.

A dropped feed doesn't read as a technical fault to your audience. It reads as the company. So every critical path has a second one.

01

Redundant signal paths

Dual playback, backup switchers on flagship shows, wired-and-wireless backup on critical mics, and a UPS on anything catastrophic to lose.

02

Rehearsed, not winged

A full rehearsal runs the real cue stack with the real speakers, so 9:02 is the second time your CEO walks on — never the first.

03

One point of contact

A named producer owns the show end to end. Your executives and comms team deal with one person all day, not a crew.

04

Compliant & discreet

Licensed and insured, COI to your venue typically within 24 hours of booking, crew in blacks, and discretion as standard.

Cue 04 — Formats
A

Sales kickoff & all-hands

Multi-day general session with breakouts, walk-in packages, awards moments, and a hybrid audience that usually outnumbers the room.

B

Product launch

Press-facing staging built for photography and b-roll, reveal choreography, and a broadcast package your comms team can cut the same day.

C

Conference & summit

Main stage plus breakout rooms on shared timing, speaker-ready room, session capture, and consistent look across every room in the building.

D

Executive & investor

Small-room precision. Discreet reinforcement, board-grade video conferencing, and discretion from every member of crew.

Where the hybrid rig
gets proven.

Our standing hybrid-broadcast build lives at Chelsea Table + Stage — PTZ cameras over NDI, switched live in vMix, a 4K program master in hand before load-out. When a packed house outran the building's internet, we added a Starlink uplink to carry both guest WiFi and the show. It's the same signal chain a general session runs on.

Cue 05 — How engagement works

Built for your
procurement process.

No mystery line items, no day-of surprises — a document your finance team can approve and your venue can file.

A

Send the brief or RFP

A run of show, a venue, and a date is enough to start. Full RFPs welcome — we answer the questionnaire, not a generic deck.

B

Scoped proposal in 3 days

Line-item and in plain language within three business days, with renders and plots where the scope calls for them.

C

Paperwork, early

COI to your venue typically within 24 hours of booking, W-9 and vendor onboarding handled before load-in week.

D

One producer, through load-out

The producer who scopes your show runs it wherever possible, and stays reachable through the debrief.

“Chad and Sam provided A/V, DJ, and a photo booth for our L'Oréal Paris corporate holiday party — and they were absolutely amazing. Super professional, crisp timing, great music, and everyone danced and had a fabulous time.”
