Corporate · Hybrid & Virtual

Hybrid event production, built for both rooms.

One live show for two audiences at once — the people in the room and the people watching from anywhere. Multi-camera capture, a clean program feed switched live, and broadcast-quality delivery to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, or a private webcast.

Cue 02 — What it is

A broadcast,
not a webcam.

Eleven AV has produced hybrid and virtual corporate events in New York since 2014 — from general sessions at Cipriani Wall Street to broadcasts delivered live over Starlink — with multi-camera capture switched to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, or a private webcast.

Hybrid and virtual production means the remote audience gets a real broadcast — cameras that move with the moment, a switched program feed, clean audio, and lower-thirds — instead of a laptop pointed at a stage. The in-room experience never bends to accommodate the stream, and the stream never feels like an afterthought.

We build both at once: the show your executives walk out to, and the show a few thousand people watch from their desks. One producer owns both.

Cue 03 — How we deliver it

Capture, switch,
deliver.

The same signal chain that runs a broadcast, scaled to your room and the platform your company already uses.

01

Capture

PTZ and manned cameras carried over NDI, confidence monitors, and clean audio splits from the room — framed for the camera, not just the back row.

02

Switch

A single program feed switched live in vMix, with graphics, playback, and ISO records — so the stream cuts like television, in real time.

03

Deliver

A clean feed to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, or a private webcast — plus a rehearsed remote-presenter workflow and a moderated Q&A path from room and stream.

Cue 04 — Why it holds up

The stream is
the company.

To a remote audience, a frozen feed doesn't read as a technical fault — it reads as the brand. So the paths that matter have a second one.

01

Redundant connectivity

Backup internet on critical paths — including our own Starlink uplink when a venue's network can't carry a full house.

02

Dual encoding & failover

Redundant encoders and a rehearsed failover, with backup switchers on flagship shows so a dropped feed never reaches the audience.

03

Rehearsed, not winged

Remote presenters, transitions, and Q&A are run in a full rehearsal against the real cue stack — before doors, not during.

04

One producer, both rooms

A named producer owns the in-room show and the broadcast together, so nothing falls between two crews.

Cue 05 — Formats we run hybrid
A

All-hands & town halls

A room of employees plus a remote audience that usually outnumbers it — one feed, moderated Q&A, and a recording ready the same day.

B

Investor & shareholder days

Board-grade video conferencing and discreet, press-facing staging, delivered to analysts and stakeholders on a private webcast.

C

Product launches

Reveal choreography built for cameras and b-roll, with a broadcast package your comms team can cut the same day.

D

Conferences & summits

Main stage plus breakout rooms captured and streamed, session libraries delivered, and a consistent look across every room.

Cue 06 — Questions

Hybrid,
answered.

The questions comms and IT teams ask us most about hybrid and virtual events.

What is hybrid event production?

Hybrid event production runs one live show for two audiences at once — the people in the room and the people watching remotely. We capture the stage on multiple cameras, switch a single clean program feed live, and deliver it to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, or a private webcast, so remote attendees get a broadcast-quality experience rather than a webcam.

Which platforms can you broadcast to?

Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, Vimeo, and private CDNs or webcast portals. We deliver a clean program feed and run a moderated Q&A and rehearsed remote-presenter workflow on whichever platform your company already uses.

How do you keep a hybrid stream from failing?

Redundancy on the paths that matter: dual encoding, backup internet — including our own Starlink uplink when a venue's network can't carry the load — and a rehearsed failover. On flagship shows we run backup switchers so a dropped feed never reaches your audience.

Can remote presenters and Q&A be part of the show?

Yes. We build a rehearsed remote-presenter workflow so off-site speakers join cleanly, and a moderated Q&A path so questions from the room and the stream reach the stage in a controlled way.

Do you produce investor days and town halls as hybrid events?

Yes — all-hands and town halls, investor and shareholder days, product launches, and conferences, delivered to in-room and remote audiences with board-grade discretion.

What areas do you serve for hybrid production?

New York City and the tri-state — the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, Connecticut, and New Jersey — and we travel for multi-city and destination work.
